Eligibility and adult access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented AI chat services in your location to use Spicy Chat AI.

By opening an account or continuing to browse the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

• Users must not create accounts on behalf of minors.
• Users must not misrepresent their identity for safety, fraud, or moderation evasion purposes.
• Access may be limited or denied where required by applicable law or platform policy.

Accounts, security, and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, policy evasion, or security risks connected to your account.

• Keep passwords and authentication methods private.
• Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Do not sell, lease, or transfer account access without written permission.

AI output and service behavior

Spicy Chat AI provides generated text, character behavior, summaries, and creative interactions for entertainment and storytelling purposes. AI output may be incomplete, fictional, inaccurate, or unexpected.

You understand that generated responses do not represent professional advice, factual guarantees, or promises of emotional, legal, medical, or financial accuracy.

• Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional guidance.
• Generated content may vary between sessions even when prompts are similar.
• We may update models, prompts, or moderation systems to improve quality or safety.

User content and publishing rights

You retain ownership of original prompts, biographies, lore entries, and creator materials that you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, display, and improve the service.

When you publish chatbots, lorebooks, or group scenarios, you grant Spicy Chat AI a non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform experience.

• You must have the rights needed to publish names, descriptions, artwork prompts, and other submitted material.
• You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• We may remove content that creates legal, safety, moderation, or policy risks.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, other users, or creator tools. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against behavior that creates safety, legal, operational, or reputational harm.

• Do not attempt unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the platform.
• Do not use the service to generate illegal content, non-consensual exploitative content, or material involving minors.
• Do not harass, impersonate, defraud, or threaten other users, creators, or staff.
• Do not upload malware, tracking payloads, or code intended to disrupt the platform.

Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

Paid features, premium access, or subscription services may be offered through Spicy Chat AI. Pricing, billing frequency, and feature access will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a product offer, fees are non-refundable after the purchased access period begins.

• You authorize us or our payment processor to charge the selected payment method.
• Failure to complete payment may result in restricted premium access.
• Promotional pricing may be time-limited and may not apply to renewals unless expressly stated.

Availability, updates, and changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or reconfigure any part of the service at any time, including creator tools, discovery layouts, premium features, and moderation workflows.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any specific character, or compatibility with every browser, device, or region.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spicy Chat AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms, create platform risk, fail to complete payment, or engage in prohibited conduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that reasonably should survive termination, including rights, disclaimers, payment obligations, and liability limitations, will remain in effect.
